Privacy Policy

In order to fulfill its responsibilities as an organization that handles personal information, the Foundation has established the following privacy policy and will strive to protect all personal information in its possession.

1. The Foundation will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines when handling personal information.

2. The collection and use of personal information will be conducted in an appropriate manner, and only to the extent
    necessary, after first revealing the purpose of such collection and use.

3. Any outsourcing of personal information for processing to a third party will be carried out under appropriate supervision
    and control by the Foundation.

4. Appropriate measures will be taken to prevent the unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of
    personal information, including corrective measures and safeguards.

5. Systems and measures in place for the protection of personal information will be regularly reviewed to ensure their
    effectiveness.

6. A contact point will be maintained for those who wish to request a disclosure or alteration of their personal information or
    a discontinuation of our use of their personal information, and appropriate actions will be taken in response to such
    requests.
